The study revealed that the operators of eateries/ restaurant in the study area had developed different responses to ameliorate the negative impact of the pandemic on their business. However, the pandemic had some negative impact on their business which affected their income level due to low patronage of people to the eateries/restaurant during the pandemic period. Need to adopt the use Operators of eateries/restaurants like shopping apps, home delivery and advertising for enable the product and services reach the intended customer in a wright condition. the operator of eateries/restaurant should be also embrace the use of modern captivating means of foods delivering that would attract the customer and changing need of customer as well as their purchasing patterns for profitability sake and survival after the covid- 19.
