Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The population of the study was staff of secondary schools in Abeokuta, Ogun state. The target respondent for the study consisted of class teachers within the schools. Furthermore, 10% of other respondents who correspond to our sample were accessed and interviewed to see if the questionnaire has to be modified. The pilot study was considered necessary in order to determine the willingness of the respondents, to have a foreknowledge of the reactions of the respondents and to ascertain the reliability of the questionnaire when used in the population of the study. Data collected was analyzed using the central tendency. Results were interpreted using descriptive statistics such as percentages, mean and standard deviation.
