Employee Job performance (EJP) contributes immensely to the performance level of any organization. However, when this is not the case, there is every tendency that such an organization will encounter lots of setbacks. It is against this backdrop that this study deems it fit to investigate work ethical practices (WEP), Organizational Climate (OC) and Employee Job Performance (EJP) of civil servants in Oyo state public service. The population of this study comprised 53,550 employees of four Ministries in Oyo State, with 382 sample size gotten from Krejcie and Morgan sample size determination table. A stratified sampling technique was adopted for the study. A validated questionnaire was used to collect data. The reliability co-efficient for the constructs ranged from 0.74 to 0.81, Data collected was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings revealed that EJP had a significant influence on EJP (Adj. R2= 0.598, F(1,335)= 499.943, p= 0.000), also OC was found to significantly influence EJP (Adj. R2= 0.574, F(1,335) = 454.007, p= 0.000). The study found that WEP significantly influenced EJP (0.598, F (2,334) = 250.786, p = 0.000) while OC did not significantly influence EJP (0.598, F (2,334) = 250.786, p < 0.000). This study concluded that WEP significantly influenced EJP and OC influenced EJP. It was recommended that; the code of conduct guiding the way and manner civil servants in Oyo state go about their duties should be devoid of stringency, and also the code of conduct guiding work ethics should be reviewed so that civil servants of the civil service will find it quite easy to abide by.
