dc.description.abstractOrganizational culture, ethical behaviour, and job performance are crucial aspects of health care organizations that are interrelated and can impact the success of all health care facilities. However, these areas have been identified as major challenges in health care facilities, which have led to several issues. The study, therefore, examined the influence of organizational culture, ethical behaviour and job performance of health workers in Teaching Hospitals in Ibadan. The descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The population of the study comprised 2,070 health workers in Teaching Hospitals in Ibadan. The sample size was 327 which was determined using Krejcie and Morgan sample table A questionnaire was used for data collection; and the reliability test of the instrument was job performance, 0.888; organizational culture, 0.84; and ethical behaviour, 0.86. Data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings showed that the level of job performance of health workers was moderately high (x  3.21). The level of organisational culture was moderately high (x  3.10). The level of ethical behaviour of health workers was moderately high (x  3.29). There was significant influence of organizational culture on job performance of health workers (F (3, 317) = 5.977, p<0.05). There was significant influence of ethical behaviour on job performance of health workers (F (3, 317) = 4.977, p<0.05). There was a significant combined influence of organizational culture and ethical behaviour on job performance of health workers (F (2, 318) = 11.241, p<0.05). The study concluded that organizational culture and ethical behaviour had significant influence on job performance of health workers in Teaching Hospitals in Ibadan, Nigeria. It was recommended that health workers should follow the stated ethical conduct, rule and regulation of the hospitals as this could go a long way in enhancing their job performance.
